This fantastic facility was just built, but the owners have a business opportunity that they would like to pursue outside the province. It has everything that you could want in a restaurant, garage doors to bring the outside inside on those sunny days. It has a state of the art kitchen with everything you need to do any sort of menu. The main room is open and has a medium size bar that can easily serve the 80 seats.
Outside there is a fantastic patio and courtyard, with landscaping that will grow in this year to make the patio even better. There is also a fully self-contained BBQ Shack built in a shipping container, the cool factor is off the charts! The crown on this Bowness jewel is the old trolley car purchased from Heritage Park and refurbished so that you can use it as seating for the BBQ Shack. Oh...Did I mention the rent is fantastic!
