This is a beautiful, newly renovated restaurant at the base of an office tower in the heart of Downtown Calgary, surrounded by office buildings and retail businesses. It's bright and open concept, with 20-foot ceilings in some places, is a favorite of the downtown lunch crowd. It is Plus15 connected and has lots of street, surface lot and underground parking.
The facility has great versatility for special events and business meetings. The possibility for catering in the connected towers is excellent and has not yet been pursued. The evening business is very strong and is building month over month. The potential of this business is fantastic and you really need to walk through it to understand it.
