Smack in the middle of one of Calgary's most vibrant and active communities, this cozy Japanese restaurant is just waiting for a new owner to take it to a new level. The current owners built the restaurant out from new, and have run it for the last 8+ years very successfully, and to great reviews. There is lots of surrounding food and beverage locations, so this means that there is an abundance of foot traffic. There is a great opportunity to open for lunch, which the current owner does not do at the moment, because of other business commitments.
The Kitchen is small but very well equipped and it has no problem keeping up with the 48 seats. The patio is great and a favorite with regulars and the local business crowd that frequent the establishment. You can either keep the current business model of Japanese/Sushi, or bring your own concept, a wine and pizza concept would do very well on this street.
