This has been a pub for many years and has tons of potential for an aggressive new operator. The current owner is ready to retire and hand over the reins to someone new. The potential to take this pub to the next level is excellent, and with some minor changes you could increase the seating capacity substantially. The kitchen is very well laid out for doing good volume and there is lots of storage which is always nice to have in a pub or restaurant. The front of house is nice and open and there is a good bar seating “at the Wood”.
